Objective
Alabaster Homes aimed to generate quality leads from local English and Chinese-speaking first-time homebuyers.

Approach
We developed and executed targeted lead generation campaigns that included:

  1. Traffic Ad to increase website visits and encourage prospective buyers to explore Alabaster Homes’ offerings.
  2. Lead Ads to capture high-quality leads using Facebook and Instagram Lead Forms available in both English and Chinese. We Streamlined the registration process, making it easier for potential buyers to engage. All lead information is automatically sent straight to the Developer’s sales CRM.

Campaign Details

  • Cost Per Lead: $40 during the first three months, then reduced to $20/lead after ad optimizations and retargeting campaign.
  • Campaign Duration: 6 months.

Results
The campaigns successfully attracted first-time homebuyers, increased website traffic, and generated high-quality leads while lowering acquisition costs over time. This tailored approach demonstrated measurable ROI and supported Alabaster Homes in connecting with their target audience effectively.
